Chess undertakes Legal Research and Surveys both nationally and internationally. Legal research at Chess generally involves tasks such as:
♟Finding primary sources of law, or primary authority, in a given jurisdiction (cases, statutes, regulations, etc.)
♟ Searching secondary authorities (for example, law reviews, legal dictionaries, legal treatises for background information about a legal topic)
♟ Searching non-legal sources for investigative or supporting information.
We have conducted Surveys on wide ranging and varied issues and topics including comparative legal studies on REITS in US, Japan, Singapore and India, use of TPMS in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore and India and Compliance needs for Africa, England, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Algeria and Kazakhstan, Maritime codes for compliances among others.
